Longhorn Office Products is proud to have a points reward system in place to say thank you for the office supply purchases you make from us. We have made changes to our points program to ensure quality of our points system and increase the number of prizes we can award you.

Points are earned on every purchase made at Worksmart, after you have logged in. We award 1 point for every 5 US dollars in purchases that you make. Points can only be earned when making purchases directly online. If special pricing is requested, points cannot be earned on that order. Any orders called in are not eligible for Longhorn Points. This is an online promotion only.

Points are also subject to change unless proper pay terms are kept. Awarded points may be deducted for any order that goes into collection (after 46 days from the date of the initial invoice). If points are redeemed prior to the loss, the points will be deducted on the next order.

If there is a problem with the online system that does not give you the correct number of points, please contact us and we will look into it immediately to add points to your total.

Points can be redeemed any time for prizes and gifts online. Please allow 4-6 weeks for redemption of your prize. All prizes will be delivered to your place of business due to higher than expected costs of mailing and shipping. If the prize is too large to be delivered to your business, please contact us to make arrangements to have it delivered to a location in the United States of your choice.

To receive your rewards, you must be an active customer in good standing. What that means is Longhorn will fulfill all rewards earned as long as you are a fully active customer. If you have decided to move to another supplier rewards can be held up and/or forfeited. You must be current in balances or points and cards can be held up or forfeited. Any outstanding balances will delay rewards redemption. This program is for active customers that have current up to date balances.

Any lost or stolen prizes cannot be replaced.

These rules can be amended at any time with notification.
